RETURN POLICY

60 Day Return Policy

We hope you're happy with your purchase but in the event you need to return an item, returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags) within 60 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Easy returns

Bluefly offers fast and easy online returns. Enjoy free return shipping when you use our pre-paid UPS domestic return label and choose to have your return total refunded in the form of Bluefly store credit. If you refund the original payment method and use our pre-paid domestic return label, we will deduct $6.95 from your return total. If you do not use our pre-paid return label, no return fee will be deducted. At this time, the pre-paid return label is valid for US returns only.

no exchanges

Bluefly strives to offer you great designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.

returning a gift?

If you received a gift and want to return it, please complete the Gift Recipient section on the return form that's included in every order. We can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift or refund your Bluefly account. If you do not already have a Bluefly account, please create one by clicking on My Account on the bottom of any of our web pages. Note: if you do not specify a refund method, we will automatically refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
